Aptimus' Integrated Project Manager will oversee the development and delivery of Aptimus' advertising campaigns, while maintaining our process development and best practices. The Integrated Project Manager will report directly to the Director of Project Management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and own the development and delivery of multiple interactive projects, including web development, online advertising, direct (e-mail) marketing and viral campaigns
- Define roles & responsibilities of internal and consultant team members
- Day-to-day management, coordination and communication to internal project teams, technology partners and third-party media vendors through all phases of the project life cycle
- Preparation of project documents, including project plans, schedules, cost estimates, status reports and extranet environments
- Utilize proactive project planning to anticipate and minimize potential risks to client and account teams
- Drive the entire interactive component with project assessment and scope based on budget, timeline and technology considerations
- Lead the standardization of project methodologies and processes for use across all client projects
- Provide technical expertise - ability to describe various technologies, including project-specific opportunities, dependencies and limitations - across all interactive mediums
- Support the "New Business Team" with the preparation and presentation of new business efforts
- Collaborate with print and broadcast disciplines
Qualifications:
Absolute self-starter who must demonstrate team leadership and the ability to take initiative. In addition, this professional will be an effective negotiator, facilitator and will possess strong interpersonal skills, be an excellent communicator, and maintain the ability to interact effectively at all levels, with a variety of groups/persons, including end users, internal project team members, vendors, consultants, and fellow project managers. Must have working knowledge of MS project.
