Rob Wrubel
PRESIDENT AND CEO
Rob Wrubel joined Aptimus in June 2005 and became CEO of the company in August 2006. Mr. Wrubel previously served as CEO of Ask Jeeves, where he fueled the company's growth as a leading provider of Web interaction solutions for businesses. During his tenure, Mr. Wrubel helped Ask Jeeves rise to a top 20 Web site and drove Ask Jeeves' Business Solutions client roster from a client roster of three to more than 70 clients including companies such as Microsoft, Dell, Nike, Chrysler and Ford. After Ask Jeeves, Mr. Wrubel co-founded the company Whole Body/Yoga Works, a national family of Yoga and alternative health and fitness centers. He currently serves as Chairman there and is actively involved in guiding its financing and expansion. Prior to Ask Jeeves, Mr. Wrubel was the COO of Knowledge Adventure, the country's largest educational software publisher. Mr. Wrubel received a bachelor's degree from Yale University.

Dave Davis
GENERAL COUNSEL AND SECRETARY
David H. Davis has served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since January 2000. He added the title of Vice President of Business Development in 2003. Prior to January 2000, Mr. Davis served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Ride, Inc. from August 1996 to December 1999 and for Egghead, Inc. from September 1994 to August 1996. Prior to September 1994, Mr. Davis worked as an attorney for the Seattle-based law firms of Lane Powell Spears Lubersky and Stanislaw Ashbaugh. Mr. Davis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Whitman College and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Oregon School of Law.

Lance Nelson
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF TECHNOLOGY
Mr. Nelson joined Aptimus in 2001. With over 15 years experience in designing and implementing large-scale enterprise software systems, Mr. Nelson is a strong hands-on technologist and team leader. With a formal education in Economics from the University of Washington and a strong technical background, Mr. Nelson is able to provide solutions that accommodate both business and engineering objectives. Prior to Aptimus, Mr. Nelson was a founding member of ImproveMyBusiness.com, Inc., a Seattle-based technology solutions provider for the B2B community, where he served as VP of Technology from 1999 to 2001. From 1996 to 1999, Mr. Nelson held various technical and management positions at Connext, Inc., where he built real-time outage management, plat design, and other 24x7x365 mission critical systems for the energy industry. Mr. Nelson holds patent 6,259,972 and another pending patent.

Brad Benz
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS & CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT
Brad Benz joined Aptimus as Senior Vice President of Strategic Business Development for the West Coast in July 2005. He currently leads the company in expanding the strategic business development team and in attracting large publisher accounts. Prior to Aptimus, Mr. Benz served as Managing Director of the Redshift Group LLC, an independent consulting firm focused on helping growth companies with strategic business development initiatives. He has extensive experience founding, leading and financing start-up ventures. As a venture capitalist at Crosslink Capital, a leading venture firm with over $1 billion under management, Mr. Benz secured five deals that resulted in $39 million in investments. Three out of five of his companies completed successful public offerings that resulted in significant returns to the fund. In 1999, Brad founded and managed ZuluSports, a leading sports Internet publisher. As CEO, Mr. Benz led the team that built the premiere company in its category and secured Fortune 500 clients. He also led all strategic, investment and merger & acquisition discussions with both private and public companies. Mr. Benz earned his MBA from the University of Michigan with a concentration in venture capital/entrepreneurship and an A.B. from Princeton University.

Michael Mayor
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES
Michael Mayor is a twenty-year veteran of the direct marketing industry, a recognized pioneer of interactive marketing and an email marketing thought leader. He serves as Senior Vice President of Sales at Aptimus where he leads the company in expanding the business and securing large client accounts. He is also responsible for Aptimus' successful Point-of-Action repositioning and new channel strategy. Prior to joining Aptimus, Mr. Mayor spent seven years at NetCreations in various roles including President & COO. His passion, vision and leadership played an integral role in helping NetCreations become one of the largest and most respected email marketing networks in the industry today. Mayor recently coordinated the successful sale of NetCreations to Return Path. Mr. Mayor has also played a large role in shaping the email marketing industry by developing many of its standards and co-authoring its best practices. Mayor is a leading advocate for consumer privacy and is a frequent speaker at industry functions including the DMA's Annual Conference, the FTC's Spam Forum; Email's Best Practices panel and numerous nuts and bolts seminars. He also founded and chaired the Interactive Advertising Bureau's Email Committee. Prior to joining NetCreations, Michael spent 13 years at Hearst Magazines in a number of roles spanning the publishing business including circulation, advertising, direct response, telemarketing, fulfillment and New Media. He writes a monthly column on email marketing for iMedia and co-authored the book "Sign me up! A marketer's guide to creating email newsletters that build relationships and boost sales".

Michael Sullivan
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF MEDIA SERVICES & MARKETING
Michael Sullivan joined Aptimus in July 2006 and was recently appointed as the Senior Vice President Media Services and Marketing. He's contributed to refining the company's go-to market product approach, driving relations with several leading Web publishers through the creation of a new class of non-display and Search ad inventory. Prior to joining the Aptimus team, Mr. Sullivan maintained client responsibilities for the western United States as the Director of Client Services for iCrossing, one of the largest independent search engine marketing firms in the country. As the Director of Brand & Global Marketing Communications at Pinnacle Systems, Mr. Sullivan directed the strategic planning, development, and coordination of brand and marketing communications programs for the global leader in consumer home video editing software and PC TV viewing products. Having spent over a decade in the interactive media industry, Mr. Sullivan is committed to directing the development and execution of evolving ad formats and platforms for consumer engagement. Mr. Sullivan received a bachelor's of science degree from Bryant University.

Thomas McCarty
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF AFFILIATE MANAGEMENT
Thomas McCarty joined Aptimus in August 2005 with over 20 years of online and direct marketing expertise. Today, Mr. McCarty is responsible for effectively improving student acquisition costs for University of Phoenix through strategic affiliate partnerships. Most recently Mr. McCarty led key initiatives and strategies for the Aptimus' Education vertical. Prior to joining Aptimus, Mr. McCarty had been both a client and vendor to Aptimus, working on campaigns for companies like Chase, Gevalia and Eddie Bauer. He played an integral role in assisting clients like Apple, JP Morgan Chase, Oracle, Harry and David, and Vonage, profitably acquire new customers. He has a B.A. from U.C. Berkeley and an M.B.A. from San Francisco State.
