To enchance your backend conversions, Aptimus can send a confirmation email auto-responder on your behalf. We can either build out a custom email based incorporating key elements and creative from your campaign, or utilize an existing email you have tested in the past (assuming it meets our guidelines). To get the best results, we'll create both an HTML and text version of the email to ensure readability by the end consumer.

Since our emails are strictly confirmation in nature;i.e. not solicitous, we only require the following elements:

• Text and/or HTML (no pops please)
• No dynamic java-scripts to prevent blocks
• Optional tracking link if the email needs to direct consumers to your site

Of course we are happy to include additional Can Spam Act (CSA) elements, however they are not required as long as the email is strictly confirmation oriented,

• Your unsubscribe link
• Your physical address

We also recommend customizing the "From" line to that of your campaign to improve response. If an alternate "From" name is not provided Aptimus Confirmations will be used.

Note that the confirmation can use dynamic data from the Aptimus database including consumer order information to populate a confirmation email.
