Regardless of the implementation method used, it is recommended that the partner pass name value pairs of any known parameters to pre-populate the form such as &first_name=Joe. This has been found to have a very positive impact on conversion rate. The most common fields are listed below. Some of these values such as gender, age and postal_code are also used by Aptimus to improve targeting of offers.
